Privacy Policy

Wooden Crate Creations will not disclose or sell our customer database to any third party. All our orders whether placed by email, phone or on the website are confidential. We don't like it when this happens to us so we won't do it to you!

Currency

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. All prices are before tax and shipping. These costs will be added to the price of the basket at the time of ordering.

Payment

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Interac Online, cheque, money order or cash* (*See note on shipping). Please note, there will be a $25.00 charge for NSF cheques.

Corporate & Custom Orders

We would be happy to work with your company on their gift giving needs. Allow us to design a basket that would suit your business needs, including your corporate colours. You may also add any corporate promotional material to your baskets at no extra charge. Please call us at 905-725-3710 to discuss your needs further.

Replacements & Substitutions

In the event that a product may become unavailable we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. In the event that a container becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute it with a like container. It may be necessary to substitute chocolate products for other products during the warm summer months.

Alcohol

Due to the Liquor Act in Ontario we are not able to include alcohol (whether purchased or supplied by the customer) into our baskets at this time. However, we are pleased to offer you the option of including a LCBO gift certificate into any of the baskets that we design. Please phone us if this is an option you would like included. Additional charges will apply. We are sorry for an inconvenience this may cause.
